Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

 

At Mind Connect Psychotherapy, we reserve your appointment time specifically for you. To respect the time and commitment of both clients and clinicians, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee.

We understand that emergencies can occur. Exceptions may be made at your therapist’s discretion in cases of unforeseen or urgent circumstances.
