Hi, I’m Josh Cadieux. I want to thank you for taking the first step in your therapy journey by visiting this site.
I’m a psychotherapist based in the Windsor–Essex County region, a community I’ve been proud to call home my entire life. Before entering the field of psychotherapy, I spent more than 10 years working as an elementary school teacher. That experience deeply shaped my understanding of human development, emotional needs, and the importance of creating safe, supportive environments for growth.
As a therapist, my goal is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your feelings, challenges, and hopes. I work with both individuals and couples, and I tailor my approach to meet each person where they are, fostering trust, clarity, and meaningful change.

Hello, Bienvenue, I'm Catherine! In a warm space where empathy and grounding guide our conversations, I incorporate somatic practices, reflective conversations about meaning, and offer practical tools you can integrate between sessions. Whether you navigate high anxiety, trauma, or any life challenges, I’m here to support you with compassion and care. My sessions are offered in English or in French.
My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to transform unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy to explore emotions and communication, Mindfulness to help you stay present and cultivate inner peace, and an Existential reflection to explore deeper questions about your life and purpose.
As you progress through your journey, you’ll gain new perspectives and tools to help you navigate life’s challenges. The skills and insights you acquire will guide you towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
